Aaron William Perry is a pioneering entrepreneur, executive consultant, and author dedicated to fostering planetary prosperity across the three pillars of culture, economy, and ecology. Through impact-driven leadership in the renewable energy, organic food, regenerative agriculture, business leadership, and community education sectors, Aaron brings a unique “top-down” and “bottom-up” blend of grounded land stewardship, advanced systems development, heart-led culture curation, and sophisticated financial strategies to the organizations he leads and advises.

As the founder of several impact-driven enterprises, including Bainbridge Consulting, Source Local Foods, and RecycOil, Aaron has established and scaled mission-aligned ventures, driving economic and environmental innovation. With decades of experience as a CEO, CFO, Executive Director, Board Director, and strategic advisor, Aaron has personally built, structured, and managed millions of dollars in debt and equity financing transactions and sustained year-on-year enterprise revenue growth.

More recently he founded the Y on Earth Community, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that educates and empowers communities, professionals, and C-suite organizational leaders to catalyze profound systems-change through the integration of personal strategies for enhanced health and wellbeing with global strategies for stewardship, regeneration, and sustainability. Through the Y on Earth Community’s new VIP ENCLAVE program, he convenes and empowers cohorts of high-net-worth family offices, foundations, funds, entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders in intimate, curated gatherings to align their wealth stewardship with immediately fundable projects focused on social and ecological regeneration.

Aaron is the author of several influential books. Y on Earth: Get Smarter, Feel Better, Heal the Planet explores the deep connections between personal well-being and global sustainability, offering actionable strategies for individuals, families, communities, and businesses. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Colorado – Boulder, and attended New York University as a Gallatin Scholar.

His daughter Osha is a medical doctor specializing in mental health and neuroscience, and his son Hunter is an architect and bespoke furniture designer and artisan. When not writing, in meetings, and giving talks, Aaron is often found hiking in the woods, reading literature, painting, skiing, traveling, connecting with community, sharing biodynamic land-alchemy ceremonies, and relaxing with his sweetheart Caressa at their favorite hot springs or on warm, sandy beaches.
