We'll begin check-in/registration at 8:30am on Friday, May 17th.

Please be sure to arrive by 9am as we have prepared a very full schedule for you!

Here are some additional points of information and suggestions for our time together:

• We invite and encourage you to join the Y on Earth Ambassadors Facebook Group as a way to introduce yourself to the group, and to share information and pictures from the summit.
• The summit is at the Star House - 3476 Sunshine Canyon Dr, Boulder, CO 80302. This is approximately 15 minutes up Sunshine Canyon from downtown Boulder. Please coordinate with others to carpool! Parking is at the top of the hill, at the top of the long dirt driveway - please don't drive down the hill to the Star House itself - there's not enough parking, and the walk down is absolutely lovely! 
• Bring a water bottle! Also, if you have a reusable mug for tea/coffee, please bring that as well. 
• Bring a journal and/or notebook and pen/pencil!
• Dress for the variable spring weather in the Rockies - we'll be outside for some of our 3-days, so be prepared for any sort of weather! Recommended attire: Mountain Chic and/or Outdoor Business Casual.
• We will provide coffee/tea in the morning and lovingly prepared lunches mid-day. If you would like to, bring some back-up snacks for yourself and/or to share with others!

• We will be video-recording the summit in order to share the presentations and messages with other audiences in the future - thanks in advance for being a part of this momentous gathering!
